

Coach Zach Morgan
Zach Morgan serves as the Head Cross Country and Head Girl’s Track & Field Coach at Rock Hill High School. He is the schools first ever head coach, and has 12 years of total coaching and teaching experience in Texas. Coach Morgan earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Dallas Baptist University, where he was a three time all conference cross country runner, and two time conference runner up in the 10,000 meters. His wife Melissa Morgan teaches in Prosper ISD at Reynolds MS, and is an avid marathon runner.
Rock Hill Cross Country Head Coach
Over the last six years, Rock Hill Cross Country has also produced 25 All District Athletes, 65 Regional Qualifiers, 15 State qualifiers, 6 All Region Athletes, and 3 All State Athletes under Coach Morgan. The team has also had great success in the classroom with 81 athletes earning Academic All District Honors, and 37 earning Academic All State Honors.
Rock Hill Girls' Track & Field Head Coach
Over the last six years, Rock Hill Track & Field produced 46 district champions, 91 Area Qualifiers, 56 Regional Qualifiers, 25 State Qualifiers, and 4 state champions. Rock Hill Girl’s Track & Field has also produced 90 Academic All District Athletes, and 33 Academic All State Athletes.

Coach Sarah Edwards
Sarah Edwards is an Assistant Coach for Rock Hill High School's Cross Country and Track & Field programs. She also teaches English 2 at the school as well. Coach Edwards has 9 previous years of teaching experience and 8 years of coaching experience in both Texas and Arkansas. She graduated from The University of Arkansas in Fayetteville with a major in English Language Arts and Literature. Coach Edwards enjoys all things sports related, reading, and taking her dogs to the dog park. Go Blue Hawks!

Coach Jimmie Vaughn
Jimmie Vaughn is starting his second year as an Assistant Coach for Rock Hill High School's Cross Country and Track & Field programs. He pole vaulted for West Texas A&M, and received his Bachelor's in Sport and Exercise Science. He then spent three years as the pole vault coach/volunteer assistant with the WT track team while working on his Master's in Sport Management. Prior to Rock Hill he spent three years at Amarillo Tascosa as the Head Boys Cross Country Coach. He loves traveling to national parks with his wife, Jayna, and enjoys spending time with their two dogs, Gunner and River and their son Evander. In addition to working with XCTF, Coach Vaughn teaches Social Studies classes.
